FAQ

Before you subscribe

How often does it go out?
Once a month, in the last week of the month. Each issue takes about seven minutes to read. There is no second email in between.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every issue has an unsubscribe link in the footer: one click, no questions asked. Your address is used only to send the Digest, as described in our privacy policy.
Who writes it?
Daniele Tieghi, founder of ZHERO, who runs Zscaler tenants for customers and built the email he wanted to receive. The ZHERO team compiles the Release Radar from the official Zscaler release notes and trust advisories. Replies land in Daniele’s inbox, not in a queue.
Is it a sales email?
No. Most of each issue is Zscaler ecosystem news with a practical reading, plus guidance you can apply by hand in your own tenant. What shipped in ZHERO has its own labelled section at the end and never grows beyond that.
